Hospitality and shopping in Kuwait

The Andalus Shopping Center brief included connecting to an adjacent existing mall and an nearby courthouse design refresh, as well as a multi-level parking structure and Hotel tower. The concept plan concept reflects a multi-level terraced indoor retail village, with patio dining opportunities beneath a palm canopy and a glazed roof with sun shading, while a multiplex cinema caps the retail podium. The hotel tower included a separate drop off entry and connection to the parking structure. The Courthouse renewal featured a new exterior and a secure connection to specific areas of the parking structure.
