Vibrant mixed-use community destination

Spectrum was developed to create a dynamic civic neighborhood destination, complete with a subway line connection, department store, multiplex cinema, public park, and 10 level retail-center. Thanks to active developer leadership, this three-city block mixed-use development reinvigorates an idea and a community, social family destination.

The former site housed a symbolically important but under-utilized “Hope and Peace” park. The developer envisioned and funded an expansive natural space surrounding a comprehensive retail mall and office tower; the city provided the framework to ensure completion. Rooftop gardens, water features, open areas, and plentiful seating encourage relaxation and renewal, gradually transitioning to the connection of surrounding streetscapes.
