Reflecting Grand Tradition

Raffles Hotel in Singapore has an international reputation as a legendary hotel with a colorful history. Respecting the classic colonial architecture, the expansion provided a series of uniquely positioned, contemporary shop venues for Raffles to expand its line of signature products at their original location. Merchandising mix was reviewed and revised to increase productivity as well as enhance the Raffles experience.

Two new category concepts and one renovated shop in the original building offer a range of goods from luxury spa products to a collection of gourmet packaged foods and wine. The shops acknowledge the hotel’s impressive heritage while also responding to the ever-changing needs and expectations of the Raffles international guest.
